This week, we celebrated Reading Across America, a special event dedicated to promoting literacy and fostering a love for reading among our students. It was an inspiring week filled with engaging activities, guest readers, and, of course, lots of books!
Throughout the week, students participated in various reading challenges, explored new genres, and shared their favorite stories with classmates. We had the pleasure of welcoming guest readers who brought their own unique stories and experiences to our students, making reading even more exciting.

One of the highlights of the week was welcoming Victoria Monroe, the talented author of the book Swishing. Known for her engaging storytelling and passion for inspiring young readers, Victoria brought her unique perspective to our event. Her work focuses on themes of friendship and self-acceptance, making her an ideal guest for our celebration of reading.
